What we will ask
Is the space a garage, an interior room or a commercial area? Is there radiant heat in the slab? What is on the floor now: bare concrete, tile, carpet glue, paint? Knowing this ahead of time helps us bring the right test equipment. If you have an older coating that is failing, our repair overview describes what we will check.
What the visit includes
A walk of the space, measurements, a moisture reading and a look at the condition of the concrete. We explain the options and their tradeoffs on the spot. Afterward, you get a written proposal by email that lists the scope, products and timeline. There is no charge and no obligation.

If you work from home, let us know your meeting hours. We plan the loudest grinding around them whenever we can.
Questions people email us
Can a floor go in while we are traveling? Yes, as long as we have garage access and a way to lock up. Is there a quieter option for a home office next to the garage? We can schedule grinding for the hours you are out. Do you work with architects on new builds? We do, and we are happy to talk through slab finishes before the pour so the floor is ready for polishing or coating later.
